63jl Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 63jl online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 63jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 63jl Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. 63jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that party.

To register and use the 63jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 63jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 63jl Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

63jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 63jl's satisfaction.

To access the full features of the 63jl Platform, you must register a user account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 63jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 63jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 63jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 63jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

63jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by 63jl for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.5 Non-Transferability

Your 63jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.

All financial transactions on the 63jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

63jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency options. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within the processing time specified for your chosen payment method.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 63jl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 63jl aims to process standard withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal amounts will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

63jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 63jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Fees

63jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 63jl accepts no responsibility. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction where 63jl is aware of them.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 63jl is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

63jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 63jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• 63jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was claimed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 63jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, account status, or any other external factor.

6.1 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information section. RTP figures represent the long-term mathematical return of the game engine and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or bet.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 63jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 63jl will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a game, the game will continue to run according to its programmed logic. 63jl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to your internet service provider, device failure, or any other factor outside 63jl's direct control. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify 63jl support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 63jl will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of 63jl's technical team, based on server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 63jl immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 63jl staff or other users through any communication channel.

63jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming on the 63jl Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: You may configure session time reminders to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period if you feel you need a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 63jl Platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 63jl Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of 63jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the 63jl Platform. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform Content without prior written consent from 63jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in Platform Content.

Any unauthorized use of Platform Content may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 63jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 63jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

63jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 63jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

63jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, 63jl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where applicable, any real money balances that are the subject of an ongoing investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 63jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The 63jl Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 63jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

63jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 63jl will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 63jl recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.
